$99 for a year of unlimited prenatal/postnatal yoga classes.  We offer 3 classes each week, 52 weeks per year. At $99, that's less than a dollar per class! This is an incredible deal you won't find anywhere else.


The sale will begin 7am on Friday, November 28th and will end Sunday, November 30th at 11:59pm. This is a once-a-year price. Do not miss it!


Our classes are designed for expectant women of all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy. Our classes are also designed for the needs of postpartum moms.

How to Purchase:

In-Person - You may purchase in person before or after our class on Saturday, November 29th. We will be available from 9:30-10am and 11-11:30am.

Online - You may purchase online anytime between Friday, Nov. 28th @ 7am through Sunday, Nov. 30th @ 11:59pm. Simply follow the links on this page. You will be directed to enter your name and email, then sent to payment page where you can complete your purchase via Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. You do not need a Paypal account. Shortly after completing your payment, you will receive a receipt from Paypal and then a confirmation email from Then, simply join class when you're ready. We'll be ready for you!

About Our Unlimited Pass:

Our unlimited pass is just that--unlimited classes for an entire year! You can come to class as often as you want for a full 12 months from the date of your first class. This is BY FAR the easiest and most economical way to attend our classes. As an unlimited pass holder, you will also receive discounts on special classes and events that we host. Please keep in mind that our unlimited passes are not transferable or refundable except in the case of pregnancy loss. In the event of pregnancy loss, you will receive a partial refund minus the classes you have attended. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 12 months of your purchase.

About Our Classes


Mondays 6:30-7:30pm 

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm 

Saturdays 10-11am 

Community Class - every 1st Sunday of the month, 5-6pm

Partner Class - every 3rd Friday of the month 6:30-7:30pm (Begins January 2020)

All classes are beginner-friendly and appropriate for every trimester. Virtually every mom will find our classes accessible, safe, and beneficial, even if you've never done yoga before or are new to fitness. While each class is expertly designed to balance the varying the needs of prenatal and postnatal women, we do offer some variety. Saturday is a strength and endurance building class. Monday is a slower class designed for tension release. Wednesday is a mix of the two. Our community class is a free class we host each month. Current clients, as well as new clients, are welcome. Our Partner Class is part yoga, part childbirth preparation, and a fun, informative way to grow together as expectant parents. 

While all available research shows that the real risk lies in NOT exercising during pregnancy, we encourage every expectant mother to have a discussion with her doctor or midwife about  physical activity before taking this or any exercise class. 



We hold our classes inside Motion Tulsa's private yoga studio. We've got full use of the room, and it is Tulsa's only fitness space designed exclusively for the needs of the prenatal & postnatal moms. We have all the equipment you'll need for a safe comfortable practice, including free rental mats.

You can find Motion at 3133 S. Harvard Ave., located on the southeast corner of 31st & Harvard, next door to Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Please note that Tulsa Prenatal Yoga and Motion Tulsa are separate entities. For best results, all questions about our services are best directed right to us. 


Walk-ins are welcome and no preregistration is required. New clients are welcome in every class. Just come in about 10 minutes prior to class time to fill out the registration form and get settled. We'll be waiting at the front desk to greet you, sign you in, show you around, and get you ready for class. We have all the equipment you'll need, including yoga mats. If you purchase a pass prior to attending a class, just let us know when you arrive and we'll put everything together!

Tulsa Prenatal Yoga Instructors

Head Instructor, Lisa Pierce

Lisa Pierce is the owner and lead instructor of Tulsa Prenatal Yoga. She's been teaching Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga since 2011, and is a Prenatal Specialist and Certified Yoga Instructor. She is also a Childbirth Educator currently pursuing certification through Childbirth International. Lisa has three kids, and is a postpartum mom herself. It is her passion to empower moms!

Assistant Instructor, Beth Richmond

Beth Richmond is a mother of two. She is a Yoga Alliance Certified Prenatal Teacher and also a Trauma-Informed Yoga Specialist. She joined the TPY team in 2017, and has quickly become a favorite! She is passionate about nurturing moms through this precious time in their lives.
