How To Use This Video:

We encourage you to practice this together as often as you like for relaxation, bonding, and peace of mind. For the purposes of the video, we kept it very short and sweet, but please feel free to do more repetitions of anything you like, and we strongly encourage mom to rest for at least 5-10 minutes in the closing posture--reclined butterfly pose with the soft pelvic floor breathing exercise. Enjoy!

What You'll Need:

A soft surface such as a bed, thick blanket, rug, or yoga mat

2-3 Pillows
